Negida Research Academy

Negida Academy (formerly called Medical Research Group of Egypt) started in 2014 in Egypt to build the clinical research capacity of trainees and medical doctors in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA region). Our team provides the largest clinical research training in the MENA region. As of September 2023, more than 23,000 trainees and physicians have benefited from our courses and books, and the team includes 1,200 active research members covering all medical specialties. An annual meeting is held around Ramadan every year to celebrate achievements and facilitate communication among the team members. The team was established by Dr. Ahmed Negida, MD, PhD.
