I am a critical care physician, i have done work on trauma patient, to find out the frequency of the admission and further resources used by these patient and estimation of the burden in our resources constrained country. Previously i managed a pulmonary embolism case by thrombolytic therapy on clinical judgement and saved the patient which was presented in our country journal. An RCT is being performed during anaesthesia residency yet has to be published.
