I am Dr. Tom. I am trained in dermatology at the New York University Medical Center where I used to be the chief resident and then endured a fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cutaneous Oncology. I am a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at New York University Medical Center where I founded its laser program and assistedfor nine years as chief of dermatologic and laser surgery.
