About
Dr. Maham Arshad | Surgical Resident
Born and raised in Daska, Pakistan, I am a dedicated medical professional with a passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of others. Despite my early aspirations in fashion and design, I found my true calling in the field of surgery, where I now thrive as a postgraduate resident.
With extensive training in Basic Healthcare, First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), In-patient and Critical Care, Counseling, and Administrative Services, I have developed a well-rounded skill set that enables me to handle both Trauma and Elective Surgical cases with precision and care.
I take pride in contributing to a traditionally male-dominated field, embracing the challenges and adrenaline that come with my work. Beyond the operating room, I am passionate about traveling, exploring different cultures, and continuously learning new languages—currently fluent in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and English, with ongoing studies in Arabic.
In addition to my medical expertise, I possess strong leadership and presentation skills, and I am committed to personal growth, recently exploring spiritual dimensions while navigating the complexities of anxiety and depression.
As I continue to evolve both personally and professionally, my ultimate goal remains clear: to leave a lasting, positive impact on the world and the people around me.
