About

I am an occupational therapist involved in community healthcare and education, holding a Ph.D. / Doctor of Health Sciences (Dr. H.S.) in Occupational Therapy.

My area of expertise is broad clinical practice spanning Geriatric and Community-Based Occupational Therapy as well as Home-Visit Occupational Therapy (including physical, mental, and developmental domains). I have been dedicated to elderly care in the community and providing life support for individuals with diverse conditions across various life stages.

My primary research interests include early detection and prevention of dementia progression and elucidating factors related to family caregiver burden. Based on the advanced research skills and specialized knowledge acquired during my doctoral studies, I deeply investigate the impact of lifestyle and environmental factors on the cognitive function of community-dwelling older adults, as well as effective intervention strategies to alleviate the burden on family caregivers.

Through Cureus's open-access platform, I aim to widely share my clinical experience, the findings of my doctoral research, and the latest knowledge. My commitment is to contribute to improving people's health and Quality of Life (QOL) by translating high-quality evidence back into clinical practice and the community, and by fostering active academic exchange with researchers and healthcare professionals worldwide.
