Niloofar Nobakht, MD, FASN, is HS Associate Clinical Professor of Nephrology at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. Her research and practice focus on hypertension, diabetes, polycystic kidney disease, and women's health in patients with chronic kidney disease. She is a faculty member of the American Society of Nephrology and serves as an executive councilor at large for the Women in Nephrology organization. She is founder and director of Music and Kidney Program at UCLA health and advocates lifestyle modifications for health and wellness.
