About

I am Dr. Kranthi, junior resident in the Department of General Medicine. My work is rooted in advancing medical knowledge through rigorous research and clinical practice. I have a strong focus on critical care, nephrology, and cardiology, with particular expertise in fluid responsiveness, cardiovascular diseases in end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients, and diagnostic algorithms for heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).

My research spans various topics, including the therapeutic outcomes in ESRD patients on hemodialysis, fluid responsiveness in critically ill patients, and novel approaches to integrated teaching for internal medicine residents. I have also contributed to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing ICU care, dialysis protocols, and undergraduate medical education.

In addition to my research, I actively participate in conferences and academic forums, presenting papers on emerging trends in critical care and contributing to the global dialogue on improving patient outcomes. My career is driven by a commitment to evidence-based medicine and a passion for contributing meaningful advancements to the field of internal medicine.
