About
I am a Urogynecology fellow at Albert Einstein - Montefiore Medical Center (2024-2027). I completed my OBGYN training at Hackensack Meridian - Jersey Shore University Medical Center (2020-2024) where I served as administrative chief resident in my graduating year.
I graduated in the class of 2020 at New York University School of Medicine. I completed my undergraduate coursework at New York University where I studied mathematics and computer science from 2010 to 2014.
During my time between undergraduate and medical school, I completed computational genomic research at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, volunteered at Cohen Children's Medical Center with the Sunrise on Wheels Program, and worked a full time job as a medical scribe for CityMD Urgent Care.
The culmination of these experiences are what influenced me to pursue a career as a physician and demonstrated my desire to help those who are most in need.
As for my nonacademic interests, I have a strong passion for martial arts and fitness. I have been practicing mixed martial arts for greater than twenty years. I have a first degree black belt from Tiger Schulmann's Martial Arts encompassing kickboxing, submission grappling and traditional karate. The discipline and non-quitting spirit I developed my training I have applied to all aspects of my life and career.
