He has conducted significant research in cardiology, focusing on topics such as myocardial dysfunction post-percutaneous coronary intervention and predictors of left ventricular dysfunction. Dr. Shehata has published numerous articles in reputable journals, contributed to advancements in cardiovascular medicine, and demonstrated expertise in diagnostic and interventional procedures. He holds degrees from Zagazig University and has completed specialized training programs in Interventional Cardiology. Additionally, he is an active member of professional societies such as the Egyptian Society of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology.
