Restoril is an effective medicine used to treat insomnia i.e. trouble asleep. The medicine is available in tablet form and is taken by mouth. It should be used for less than ten days. Its effect generally begins within an hour and lasts for up to eight hours. The dose quantity of Restoril is different for different types of patients. This medication is used to treat a certain sleep problem (insomnia).
