About

I am a globally trained dental professional with a strong foundation in clinical research and public health, currently serving as a clinical research coordinator at the Center of Excellence in Inflammation, Infectious Diseases, and Immunity (CIIDI) at East Tennessee State University (ETSU).

With a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Nigeria and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from ETSU, my career sits at the intersection of population health, translational research, and equitable access to care. I bring clinical insight, cross-cultural competence, and a data-driven mindset to the design and coordination of complex biomedical research projects.

In my current role, I coordinate the center's operations of the Biorepository and Integrative Genomics (BIG) Initiative, a groundbreaking NIH-recognized program aimed at bridging racial and geographic gaps in precision medicine.

My passion lies in leveraging genomics and clinical research to address health disparities, particularly in chronic and infectious disease outcomes.

I aim to continue advancing inclusive research that translates into real-world public health impact—locally and globally.
