From 1996. started working in the field of non-ionizing radiation protection .  In 2001 elected a member of the Expert Group for Drafting first Law on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection at the Ministry of Health’s Directorate for Environment Protection in the Republic of Serbia. From 01.10. 2001. to 05.12.2010. engaged at Nuclear Sciences Institute „VINČA“, Radiation and Environment Protection Laboratory »ZAŠTITA«. Academic degree of Master of Technical Sciences earned at Belgrade Faculty of Electrical Engineering in October 2006 by defensing his MSc thesis »Assessing radio-frequency radiation levels in the vicinity of mobile telephony base stations«. Academic degree of Doctor of Electrical Engineering Sciences earned at the same Faculty in October 2010. by defensing his doctoral dissertation »Estimation of measuring uncertainty when assessing electromagnetic field levels in the environment«. Hitherto authored over fifty scholarly/specialist papers in the field of Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection, published mostly in national magazines and local and international conferences' proceedings. The Scientific Council of Nuclear Sciences Institute »VINČA« elected him a »RESEARCH FELLOW« at the session held on 25.05.2011. Since 06.12.2010, full time position at public enterprise Nuclear Facilities of Serbia, founding its Department for Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection.
