I am a Trauma and Surgical Critical Care Surgeon with primary board certification in General Surgery and additional board certification in Surgical Critical Care. I am a Trauma Medical Director at a American College of Surgeons Verified Level 1 Trauma Center in New York, USA. I am also a Fellow Of The Royal College of Surgeons of England and Edinburgh. I have 16 years experience as an Attending Surgeon in the USA. I am interested in and have published in Trauma/General Surgery/Critical Care research. I am specifically interested in abdominal wall reconstruction, necrotizing pancreatitis and Traumatic Brain injury in Acute Care Surgery.
However I am involved in all areas of acute care surgery research. I am also interested in Medical student and Surgical resident education. I'm a Senior member and Mentor of EAST (Eastern Association of Surgery and Trauma). I'm also an ATLS course director
