Adderall is a prescription drug that works as a central nervous system stimulant. It is commonly used to treat ADHD or narcolepsy, but some people misuse it for its pleasurable effects and various other reasons. 10 mg Adderall Blie is available as immediate-release (IR) and extended-release (XR) formulations. Doctors will usually start patients on a low dose, such as 5 mg or 10 mg, which can be taken throughout the day. Adderall XR should only be taken once a day. Some doctors prefer Adderall IR because it has more flexible dosage options that are gradually increased, allowing them to better adjust the patient's dosage.
