I'm a distinguished Physical Therapist with extensive experience in clinical rehabilitation, academic leadership, and international project coordination. I was previously serves as the Head of the Department of Physical Therapy in Rustaq, Oman from the period of July 2023 till Aug 2025, where I oversees clinical training, evidence-based practice implementation, and patient-centered rehabilitation services.
Previously, I led the Department of Physical Therapy at the Hemophilia Welfare Society Karachi (2017–2023), where I was collaborated with the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) on several global initiatives, including the World Bleeding Disorder Registry (WBDR) and the Save One Life (SOL) project. My work has focused on developing and implementing physiotherapy protocols for hemophilia management, promoting musculoskeletal care, and enhancing accessibility of rehabilitation services in resource-limited settings.
My scientific interests center are on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, bleeding disorders, and community-based physiotherapy interventions. I contributed to national guideline drafting, led professional development workshops, and coordinated international collaborations aimed at improving hemophilia care and rehabilitation outcomes.
Through my clinical expertise, leadership, and advocacy, I made significant contributions to advancing physiotherapy standards and promoting holistic rehabilitation care for individuals with chronic conditions in Pakistan and Oman.
