About
Dr Sinha is an academic anesthesiologist who has been practicing in Southern California for the last three years. Prior to this he was at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia as Professor and Vice Chairman. And preceding that, his clinical career has spanned stents at Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania, both also in Philadelphia. His academic clinical experience is rounded off by twenty months in New Orleans, Louisiana at the Louisiana State University, and four years at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas, where he started working right out of his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas.
He received his MD from Bangalore University in India, PhD from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, his MBA from Drexel University’s LeBow School of Business, and his Master of Science in Education (MSEd) from The University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education, Philadelphia.
A prolific publisher, he has authored or coauthored ~ 150 pieces, edited two anesthesia textbooks and is now actively working on his third. He publishing record is only overshadowed by his lecturing; with over 600 Grand Rounds, Visiting Professorship lectures and CME talks delivered in sixty countries on six continents.
