I am Senior Healthcare Executive that served the healthcare industry and Government Services and education since 1996. I held positions in healthcare since 1976. The positions ranged from military environmental health technologist, and Medical Services Tech, to civilian positions as hospital Assistant Vice President- Quality Assurance, President, and Chief Executive Officer of CORFs, Nursing Homes, and Multispecialty Clinics. I and my wife retired December 31, 2018. I held a temporary position as Chief of Quality Assurance in a U.S. Bureau of the Census Regional office for the 1990 U.S. Census which was fun and again as Regional Technician for the 2020 Census.
My earlier work as a senior healthcare executive included providing data for certificate of need preparation and completion and feasibility studies for developing chemical dependency inpatient programs, inpatient hospice, nursing homes, home health agencies, maintaining hospital accreditation, medical staff administrations, and multi-site management across five states.
I most recently served as lead independent consultant for the development of a comprehensive healthcare software that includes medical, dental, pharmacy, and telehealth integrated into a single platform with hands free integration.
Currently we established Aabaca Holdings PTY LTD which is a consulting company, providing startup assistance, strategic planning, and mentoring for small and other businesses; and asset holding company. the current active assets are Benguela Health, Pty, Ltd. government healthcare and national health insurance consultant and Off The Grid Hiking and Adventures, Pty Ltd a tourism and sporting goods company; and funds manager for NPOs that sends funds to South Africa such as the African Methodist Episcopal Church and United Methodist Church of USA Districts to ensure the funds are exclusively used to feed the hungry.
We recruit South African high school graduates to attend Middle Tennessee State University and is actively signing on church affiliated universities and others.
