Rafique Shamas, MBBS, MD, is an internal medicine specialist and consulting physician. He obtained his MBBS and MD degrees from Xinjiang Medical University in Urumqi, PRC. He completed a medical internship, one year of residency, and an internal medicine research fellowship at Xinjiang Medical University's First Affiliated Hospital. He then finished his residency in internal medicine and cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.
Dr. Shamas Rafique enjoys helping patients. Dr. Shamas Rafique is also enthusiastic about mentoring students in the writing of medical literature. He has authored or coauthored numerous publications.
