Correction of bone defects by guided bone regeneration (GBR) . Study of the physical properties and methods of preparation of grafts used for GBR. Study of osteoconduction and osteoinduction using granular grafts in combination with progenitor cells of the mesenchymal-stromal fraction in vivo and in vitro. Development of methods for non-invasive qualitative analysis of graft biotransformation in the postoperative period in vivo. Virtual 3D planning for the elimination of a bone defect, considering changes in the physical properties of the graft in the postoperative period.
