Anuj V. Peddada, MD, is a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine. He completed his medical internship in the Department of Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University Medical Center and his residency in Radiation Oncology at the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

During his residency, he received the American College of Radiation Oncology Fellowship Award, which he completed at both Fox Chase Cancer Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Over the past 10 years while at the Penrose Cancer Center, Dr. Peddada has launched the high dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy program in (prostate, gynecological, breast), and the stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) program with the CyberKnife.

Dr. Peddada currently serves as the Medical Director for the department of Radiation Oncology at Penrose Cancer Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The County Medical Society recognized Dr. Peddada for his volunteer service to the Colorado Springs community.

He has also received the Sword of Hope Award, given by the American Cancer Society.
