Dr. Hale Toklu is currently a faculty at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. She served as the Research Director of North Florida Division of University of Central Florida College of Medicine/ HCA Graduate Medical Education consortium between 2017-2021.
She graduated College of Pharmacy in 1998. Then she got MS degree in 2001; and PhD degree in 2006 in pharmacology. She has become a tenured professor of pharmacology in 2011.
Dr. Toklu has a broad teaching experience at different levels of undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate courses in pharmacotherapy, pharmacology, pharmacy practice, physiology, anatomy, and research methodology. Her teaching experience covers Colleges of Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing and Health Sciences. She has served in several educational boards for developing curriculum. She has got 10 scientific awards. She has published more than 80 articles in peer-reviewed journals. She has written 6 books/ book chapters. She is serving as a reviewer in more than 50 prestigious journals.
