Dr. B .Venkatesan. MSc ( N) , PhD (N), MSc ( Psychology ) , P.G Dip in ( Diabetic educator ) i am presently working as an Vice principal & HOD in Medical Surgical Nursing , in Padmashree Institute of Nursing , Bangalore, India . He has been awarded Doctorate in Nursing in the year 2021 in Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research ( SRIHER) , Chennai . I have been lecturing to the students of nursing Undergraduate and postgraduate for the past 15 years. i have completed master in Medical Surgical Nursing, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research ( SRIHER) , Chennai. I have published 25 research articles in various national and international journals.
I have completed Research methodology and Biostatistics course work ,Research Ethics Education, and Ethics and Responsible conduct of research : Basis and Beyond conducted by SRIHER . i have presented 5 research papers in international nurse’s conferences and published 5 case reports in national and international journals. i am a Review board member in national and international journals. I have guided more than 50 dissertation for Postgraduate students I have authored many books such as Nursing Management Services And Education , Medical Surgical nursing , PB BSc solved question bank for I and II year , P. C BSc Nursing Foundation, Cardiothoracic nursing , Nursing Foundation for BSc Nursing and GNM, Case book for BSc II year and BSc III year, Medical Surgical Nursing for B.Sc Nursing and Adult Health Nursing practical record book for B.Sc Nursing

I have area of research interest Cirrhosis of liver , Preventive health , Men health research , Awareness to public health , Qualitative studies, Prevention measures of non communicable disease .
