Kate Benak has practiced reflexology for almost a decade. She earned her Certificate of Reflexology from the International Academy of Reflexology & Meridian Therapy in 2007 in Olympia, WA and was licensed by the State of Washington Department of Health in 2013.

Kate studies with renowned health and wellness teachers from around the world and continues to expand her therapeutic technique portfolio, focusing on integrated and holistic healthcare. She has over a decade of experience in private in-home nursing and enjoys teaching Laughter Yoga to people who are interested in creatively relieving stress and finding presence. Kate believes the healing process can be joyful as well as productive for her clientele
