Dr. Sanjoy Sanyal (MBBS, MS (Surgery), MSc (Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh), ADPHA), is the Provost and Dean, and Professor and Department Chair of Anatomical Sciences in Richmond Gabriel University College of Medicine, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. With medical degrees from India and United Kingdom, Dr. Sanyal has 22 years of clinical experience as a Surgeon, Neuroscientist and Medical Informatician. He has been teaching medical students worldwide for the last 18 years. A prolific medical and educational researcher, he has published numerous papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers in many international conferences in 11 countries. With an underpinning philosophy of lifelong learning, his motto is to make each succeeding generation better than the previous.
