I am a health researcher with background in Complementary Medicine Research with more than 200 peer reviewed papers. I have had positions at Freiburg University, Germany, University of Northampton, UK, European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder), Germany and Poznan Medical University, Poznan, Poland. I am the founder and director of the Change Health Science Institute in Berlin. My research interest center around integrative health, health care systems that foster it and how consciousness, meditation and spirituality contribute to it.
