About

I have a PH.D. in Medical Biology and Genetics. Also, I am at the end of the thesis period for my second PH.D. in Medical Biochemistry now. I am interested in cancer, neuroblastoma, breast cancer, molecular biology, molecular biochemistry, human genetics, cytogenetics, molecular cytogenetics, genomics, bioinformatics, neurology, oncology, neurodegenerative diseases, and aging. I have participated in many research projects on neuroblastoma, human gross gene deletions, non-B DNA structures, structural chromosomal instability, solid tumors, breast cancer, neurodegeneration, aging, HCV, and leukemia, resulting in eight articles, one book chapter, and a lot of scientific reports.
I performed many molecular biological methods, including conventional PCR, real-time PCR, bacterial transformation, plasmid vector transfection, RNA interference, fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), conventional cytogenetics, DNA sequencing, total RNA-sequencing, primary cell culture, and cell line culture. In addition, I performed genomics analyses and RNA-Seq integrated analyses using many bioinformatics tools, as well as biostatistics analyses using the SPSS program.
I reviewed numerous manuscripts for many journals. There are 83 peer review records of 62 manuscripts in Web of Science now. In addition, I was the Managing Editor of a special issue of Frontiers in Bioscience. I have been a member of the Editorial Review Board for Technology in Cancer Research & Treatment since 2021.
