Her particular clinical interests are the treatment of head and neck, brain and GI tumors. She has studied a variety of issues related to concurrent chemoradiotherapy, predictive factors of tumor response, nutritional oncology, clinical and experimental aspects of normal tissue toxicity, and patients' quality of life in radiotherapy. She is also specializing in residents' and medical students' education in oncology/radiation oncology and has master degrees in Radiation Biology and Health Management.
