Patrick C. Hardigan, PhD, MBA, serves as Dean of the College of Health Sciences at the University of Wyoming. His leadership portfolio spans nursing, pharmacy, kinesiology and health, social work, communication disorders, WWAMI medical education, and multiple statewide rural health initiatives. A quantitative methodologist by training, Dr. Hardigan has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications and leads research in psychometrics, health workforce analytics, and clinical outcomes. He is actively engaged in statewide rural health transformation, academic health system development, and interprofessional education.
