I have 20 years of experience in health professions education. I am a PA by clinical training and my PhD is in Interprofessional Healthcare Studies. Most of my work involves teaching clinical skills, clinical reasoning, developing simulation programming to teach and assess clinical performance. My research focus is on human performance and diagnostic safety.
