I am a Family Physician of 34 years having spent my initial 10 years rotating through various specialty departments in tertiary hospitals. The next 24 years have been spent in both rural and urban general practice ( presently). I have and continue to be actively involved in teaching/mentoring and in conducting College examinations of both undergraduate and post graduate students. Most recently my 'medical practice' contributed to research in the field of Familial Hyperlipidemia. This was published in the HEART journal on 22 March 21. (heartjnl-2020-3188888813.R2)
