Born on 23rdNovember 1955, Dr. A.J.A. Ranjitsingh did his Under Graduate study in Zoology from St. Johns College, Palayamkottai, Masters and M.Phil. programme at Centre of Advanced study in Marine Biology, Porto Nova, and Ph. D from Madurai Kamaraj University. After 30 years of service in Sri Paramakalyani College, he was appointed as Principal for three years .After his service in the age old reputed Sri Paramakalyani College, he joined as Principal in JP College of Arts and Science, Tenkasi from June 2014 to October2015.From16th October 2015 to 15th October 2017 he was awarded UGC- Emeritus Fellowship from Government of India. From 16th October 2017 to till date, he is working as Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Prathyusha Engineering College affiliated to Anna University-India. The King Saud University, Saudi Arabia has appointed him as Research Advisor and Consultant and several Research publications were contributed in SCI journals. For his merit he was appointed as Chancellor-Ceremonial in MOSA University, Zambia from June2018 and he has been bringing a lot of reformation in that university.
