I have graduated from Manipal college and have served my country for 3 years as a medical officer under the Ministry of Labour, Government of India. Later I got all India 10th rank in Premier institute, NIMHANS (Bengaluru) where I pursued MD, Psychiatry. I have treated more than 1000 psychiatric patients with various psychiatric disorders. I have excelled in psychotherapy and I have completed more than 200 hours of psychotherapy in individual psychotherapy like supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy, play therapy, family therapy, and couple therapy. I have done more than 300 hours of psychiatric emergency services and also have excellent knowledge and applications in Psychiatric Rehabilitation. I have also done training in various specialties of psychiatry like community mental health, perinatal mental health, geriatric psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, Addiction psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, Consultation Liasion Psychiatry, and Neurology. My thesis topic was “fMRI analysis of BOLD activations in Schizophrenia patients while performing Stroop task in comparison to normal individuals” under the guidance of Prof. Dr. John P John and also
acknowledged as excellent by reviewers. Also took participation in various research activities and published articles on Schizophrenia. Currently working as senior resident in MGM, Hospital Warangal.
