Dr. Subramaniam Ramkumar is currently a fellow in surgical pathology at University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. He is an ECFMG-certified pathologist from India with over a decade of experience in diagnostic histopathology, cytopathology, and clinical pathology. He completed his MBBS and MD in Pathology from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, one of India’s premier institutions, and holds a diplomate membership with the Royal College of Pathologists (UK). Dr. Ramkumar has held senior consultant positions across various high-volume reference laboratories, and served as a laboratory director in under-resourced settings across South Asia. His work emphasizes diagnostic accuracy, quality assurance, and cost-effective laboratory practices. He has published multiple peer-reviewed articles and case reports on rare tumors. He has a strong foundation in surgical pathology and a passion for academic contributions.
