I am a DNP FNP student at Idaho State University and am currently working as a circulator RN in the operating room at Portneuf Medical Center. My primary interest when I graduate with my DNP FNP in 2022 is oncology. My secondary interest is continuing work in the operating room. I primarily take care of emergent and trauma cases in the operating room because I work weekends. Working weekends allows for me attend college during the weekdays. My work history as an RN is med/surg, rehab for stroke and neurological conditions, Quality Management, and Emergency Room.
