I am working in the field of bioinformatics. Often, this involves statistical analysis of omic data. My focus is on microbiome and transcriptome. I have experience in analyzing microarray and NGS sequencing data. I am also interested in structural biology. Broadly, I am excited about interdisciplinary areas such as computational systems biology and multi-omics.
