I am a Ph.D. trained physical therapist interested in the physiological effects of exercise on disease prevention and management. My career trajectory has led me to investigate the role of exercise in bone structure in various populations exploring potential inflammatory, metabolic and systemic mechanisms related bone changes in response to exercise.
