About
I am the OPP Department Chair at Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine (proposed) in Provo, Utah. I am board certifications in both Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Family Medicine. At Michigan State University (MSU), in the late 80's I earned my B.S. degree in psychology and in the early 90s I attained my D.O. degree. In the mid-90s, I completed my Family Practice residency training from St. John-Oakland Hospital. I completed two teaching fellowships at MSU-COM, a research fellowship at ATSU, and the Costin Scholar program. I've had the opportunity to author and publish a variety of articles on osteopathic philosophy and education. Now that weβre in a COVID19 era that has afforded time for some of us for more introspective thoughts, I am hoping to broaden my service by sharing more of my thoughts on my calling to mind, body, and spiritual health. My early experiences in practice inspired me to write a textbook on the 'Normalization of Muscle Pain' and two books for patients: 'Healing & Anti-aging for Your Back & Neck Pain' and 'Your Guided Journey to a Happier Life'.
