Worked on cervical cancer, Exosomes in drug abuse and HIV pathogenesis and on phospholipids antagonism of Respiratory Syncytial Virus in vitro, Human pathogenic viruses, Mcycobacterium, dnaQ gene expression in E.coli to see modulation of host immunity and for development of a fluorescent mediated new DNA based kit for early and accurate diagnosis of Tuberculosis in patients.
