About
I am Burcu Korkut, I was born in Ankara in 1978. I completed my primary and secondary education in various schools in Ankara. I graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 2003. I completed my Family Physician Specialization from Ankara Training and Research Hospital in 2008. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at Karabük University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine. I conduct academic research in the field of Family Medicine. In this context, as a result of our work with the academician working group, I have 25 articles, 9 book chapters, 27 papers and thesis consultancy work published in various academic journals. In my original research article, which I conducted alone and submitted to Cureus Magazine for publication, I aimed to investigate the impact of individuals' sociodemographic characteristics on blood donation attitudes and behaviors.
