1.Has been awarded 9 gold medals in MBBS in 1983 and Dr.Nawal Kishore Gold Medal for best postgraduate student in 1986 from SN Medical College Agra .
2. Served in BRD Medical College Gorakhpur for 3 years as faculty , honorary visiting consultant at LNM NER railway hospital ,Gorakhpur & FCI hospital Gorakhpur.
3. At present Director and senior consultant Ob Gyn ,IVF and imaging specialist at Jeevan Jyoti Hospital & Medical Research Centre ,Gorakhpur serving women since 25 years .
4. Served national body of Ob Gyn -FOGSI in capacity of National Chair Safe Mother Hood Committee , Vice President of Federation 2016 , Governing Council member 2015-2021 ,
5.At present serving as country representative to South Asian Federation from 2018-2021
6. Authored and edited 15 books and contributed 20 chapters to different publications
7 Served Journal Ob Gyn India as corresponding National Editor 2017-2021
