I teach Physical Education, Health Education, Sports, and Physical Activity. I also prescribe exercise and physical activity for all categories of the individual including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to keep fit and to manage their weight. I have conducted research work on health Education to solve some health issues like cervical cancer, physical activity to promote health, and also on physical fitness and weight management. Over the years, I have involved in using sports, exercise to promote the health and general well-being of my students, clients, and community members
