About

I am a radiation oncologist and lecturer at the Department of Radiology, The University of Tokyo Hospital. My clinical practice focuses on high-precision radiotherapy, including IMRT, SBRT, IGRT, and adaptive radiotherapy, across a broad range of malignancies such as lung, prostate, liver, head and neck, and thymic epithelial tumors.

My research interests center on optimizing stereotactic radiotherapy through advanced imaging, motion management, and data-driven approaches, with particular emphasis on SBRT for early-stage and oligometastatic disease, radiotherapy in elderly patients, and the integration of radiotherapy with systemic therapies, including immunotherapy. I am also actively involved in retrospective clinical studies, guideline development, and narrative reviews aimed at translating technological advances into measurable patient benefit.

In addition to academic research, I am engaged in international education and collaboration, including radiotherapy training workshops in Southeast Asia, and contribute to editorial activities for peer-reviewed journals. Through clinical practice, research, and education, my goal is to advance evidence-based, patient-centered radiotherapy and to bridge technological innovation with real-world clinical outcomes.
