Professor at the Department of Public Health and Informatics,
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University of Dhaka,
Bangladesh. As an academician, my works are focused
across the spectrum of public health issues, emphasizing
child abuse and neglect in which I have a Ph.D. from
Karlstad University, Sweden.
I am professionally skilled in medical statistics, public
health research, training, and curriculum development and I have worked on multiple projects with the government,
NGOs, academia, and other developmental organizations.
Over the last decade, I have been engaged in developing
curriculum on MPH programs, setting up Public Health and
Informatics department at BSMMU, establishing an
automation system across the university, and conducting
several epidemiological researches.
