Mustufa Babar graduated from Stony Brook University in 2018 with a B.S. in biochemistry and is pursuing an M.D. at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Mustufa is passionate about providing patient care and education to marginalized populations which led him to previously work as a medical assistant and clinical research coordinator at DSS Urology in Queens Village, NY. He has conducted research on novel minimally invasive surgical treatments for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia and has published and presented his findings at multiple conferences. As an aspiring physician, he plans to integrate research with his practice of medicine to provide optimal patient care.
