Worked as a general plastic surgeon in Pakistan and Malaysia, and then as facial plastic surgeon. Retired from practice in 2016 and joined Saba University School of Medicine. I have mentored students in their research during my practice in Malaysia and during my teaching career here in Saba University. I did a research as principal investigator on genetic polymorphism in cleft lip and palate patients in Malaysia.
