I am currently the Chief of the Division of Hospital Medicine at Hartford Hospital, I have gained extensive experience in clinical operations, managerial leadership, and care redesign projects. Notably, I have successfully conceptualized and operationalized various innovative models to improve patient quality, provider-patient ratios, enhance patient care, and streamline clinical workflows. I have also collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical intelligence projects and predictive modeling initiatives, promoting advancements in healthcare delivery. Furthermore, my involvement in clinical informatics has enabled me to contribute to process improvement projects and data-driven decision-making. I have leveraged my expertise in informatics to develop reports, templates, and protocols that have positively impacted patient safety, quality metrics, and operational efficiency. Additionally, I have actively participated in initiatives aimed at capturing incidental COVID-19 infections and facilitating post-COVID care.
