I am having 4 years clinical experience, and 14 years of teaching experience in the field of nursing specially on community health and research. Currently I am doing my Ph.D. on the topic Atherosclerosis among middle age adolescent as using a quantitative approach, Randomized control trial, multiple interventional strategies like physical activity, sedentary behavior, stress, food habits by introducing health education materials and giving resistant training.
