About
I have graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy in 2013 and a Transitional Doctor of Physiotherapy degree in 2016 from Liaquat University of Medical & Health University in Jamshoro, Pakistan. Presently, I am a Professional Member of the Pakistan Physical Therapy Association (PAPTA) since 2016 which is an accredited body of world confederation physical therapy. I have particularly enjoyed the musculoskeletal And Neurorehabilitation Physiotherapy modules and my experience in clinical placements in this area. I am very committed to continuing my professional development in the feild of Health Services Research.
I have recently completed Fellowship training for the period of three months in the Neuro-rehabilitation medicine department at Seoul National University Hospital Bundang, South Korea. During this period I had actively participated in various case studies related to movement disorders at (Neuromodulation -RTMS And Motion Analysis, DiDim lab) of Prof Nam jong Paik.
I am currently working as Research Assistant in Health and Hospital administration department at King Saud University Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
I have currently 20 Research Publications in different national & International Scientific Journals particularly dealing with range of public health and Rehabilitation related topics.
I have also completed 5 years of work experience at a severe special needs school, a private physiotherapy practice, an outdoor patient unit in leading hospital Institutions of Pakistan. I have used hydrotherapy pools, tens machines, and ultrasound all used in treatments along with manipulation/mobilization along with various range of Manual Therapeutic techniques such as (McKenzie exercises, Mulligan/MWM, Muscle Energy, Counter strain, Myofascial release, PNF and Trigger Point Therapy, Etc.) in managing musculoskeletal Disorders through evidenced-based practice.
