I am a pre-medical student interested in reproductive health. My undergraduate (BA) degree is from the University of Washington, Seattle campus, and it is in two subspecialties of Anthropology: human evolutionary biology and medical anthropology/global health. During my time at UW, I conducted my own original research on elective female tubal sterilization in the United States based on social media. This research was awarded the Wienker Award for best honors thesis in the department of Anthropology for the year of 2019.
