My academic training includes a B.S. in Kinesiology from William & Mary, M.A. in Exercise Physiology from UNC-Chapel Hill and Ph.D. in Exercise Phyisology from the University of Texas at Austin. Post-doctoral training in vascular biology at the Medical College of Georgia. My area of expertise is exercise and cardiovascular physiology with research primarily focused on regulation of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase and vascular adaptations to exercise.
